If a machine is to be delivered, a $25 delivery and setup charge as well as a $25 charge for pickup.  Customer also pays for any paper, toner, or ink that is used if applicable.

Note: If renter is a individual, renter must have a valid credit card for a deposit.  If no credit card is available, then renter must leave a deposit check of $100.  Neither the credit card nor check will be charged or deposited if the machine is returned in proper working condition.
