| Many non-maintenance customers bring in their equipment for us to work on. We generally spend an hour a day working on machines in the shop unless we are experiencing an unusually high amount of service calls. In the time that we spend, we would be able to diagnose the problem and call with an estimated repair cost. Once approved, we will order the parts (which could take up to a week for certain items). When the parts arrive, we will try to install them as soon as we can and call you when your machine has been fully tested and ready to go. Please note that any equipment not picked up within 30 days of repair completion will become property of Bailey Office Equipment. |
